9/01/2011 (Thursday a 5 day)

One of the key aspects of the number five (5) is friendship. Today, you are asked to show up in the world as a friend. Someone you know can use your helping hand, your good ear and your selfless heart. The beauty of being a friend is that you get to have a friend. The little time you spend today, being of service to your friend, will help define you as a person of value. What you do for others will always come back to you with added blessings.

Angel Whispers:

Sometime, the most important thing you can offer is to listen without judgement, and especially without criticism. Simply being present and accepting can be a tremendous gift. If you have something positive to share, it can be beneficial, but not essential. The fact that you are listening and offering support may be all that is needed.

8/31/2011 (Wednesday - a 7 day)

The seven (7) is very introspective, analytical and intuitive. When seven (7) is busy in your life you require some quiet time for the aspects to play out. Consider it "elemental think time", essential to your peace of mind. This is a good day for meditation and contemplation. Take the time to nourish your inner spirit. Read about philosophy, spirituality, intuition or meditation. Then, put some of this new knowledge into action. It will definitely smooth the rough edges of your day.

Angel Whispers:

Your angels have your back, literally. They watch over your every move, guide you to special opportunities, protect you from accidents, open doors for you in the areas you are trying to succeed, whisper great ideas into your mind. They do all this, thanklessly most of the time. However, they cannot really intercede without your permission to do so. Only when you ask can they be blatant in their help for you. So, ask for whatever help you need and then watch the results as they go to work on your behalf. Be reasonable, expect a miracle.

8/30/2011 (Tuesday - a 6 day)

The number six (6) is about relationships and self harmony. Issues may arise today that help to reveal how you feel about yourself in relation to those you most often interact with. Are you an equal partner in these relationships? Is there an equal balance of give and take? Do you feel honored, respected, trusted, or appreciated? Do you offer the same to the other people in your life? Do you honor, respect, trust and appreciate yourself as a human being? If you don't have it for yourself, you won't receive it from others.

Angel Whispers:

When you think about who you are and what your value is in this world, whose voice do you hear in your mind? Is it your own, or is it the voice of a parent, sibling, teacher, lover, etc.? Choose what you want to hear about yourself and your place in the world. Believe the best about yourself. If you don't like what you think about yourself, change it. It is never too late to learn to love yourself and to turn your life around. It has to start with yourself. No one else can do it for you, but you have the support of the Universe and your own legion of angels to help you be the best YOU that you can be.

8/29/2011 (Monday - a 5 day)

The challenge today is to break free of the mundane, leap out of the norm and discover something new. You may have hidden talents or interests you have never allowed to surface before. This is the time to let them out to play. There are no limits except the ones you place on yourself. Be willing to approach the routine in a brand new way to achieve greater results. Explore the possibilities and be prepared to surprise even yourself.

Angel Whispers:

Life is best when savored in small bites. Any single moment in your day can be brilliant if you slow down enough to appreciate it fully. You are alive, you are loved, you have the full potential of your life ahead of you. In this moment, life is pregnant with possibilities. All good things are yours if you but choose them. Giving thanks for what you already have, recognizing and acknowledging the blessings you have already received will always bring more of the same. The most powerful prayer of all is; Thank you, God!

8/28/2011 (Sunday - a 4 day)

Park the car at the back of the lot, skip the elevator, walk your dog, or go for a run around the lake. Physicality is the name of the game today. The four (4) is all about discipline, hard work, earthiness, and building a foundation. Any activity that includes these attributes will be very satisfying to you, body and soul. In the heat of the summer, being in or near the water is also good. Okay, if you just can't get physical, organize something.

Angel Whispers:

One of the best ways to get to know yourself is to get to know your body. What kind of movements please you? Can you tell when you have fed yourself something that your body doesn't like? Have you learned to listen when your body says it is tired, hungry, depleted in some way? You are a soul, living in a physical body. Introduce your various parts to each other. A massage is a good way to do this. If you don't have a partner to help you with this, book an appointment with a good massage therapist. It can be just as revealing to give someone else a massage.

8/27/2011 (Saturday - a 3 day)

Communication is the aspect of the number three (3) which will most affect you today. More clearly, creative communication. A clever turn of phrase, a dynamite sales pitch, a genuine apology or a significant journal entry can deeply affect you and/or others. This works for you because it is heart-felt and as real as it gets. Be honest with yourself, as much as with everyone else. Whatever your communications are today, there should be room for a belly-laugh in there somewhere.

Angel Whispers:

Live, love, laugh and be happy. Yes, it is a choice, and a healthy on at that. Make the art of finding joy a major part of your day. When you feel negativity creeping in on you, shrug it off. Take a deep breath and look around you to re-focus on something beautiful, something you love, someone important to you. Think the best possible thoughts you can find about this new focus point. Hold these thoughts long enough to displace the negativity. Choose joy. The chemicals your body produces when you feel joy have tremendous healing power.

8/26/2011 (Friday - a 2 day)

The energy of the two (2) can often be indecisive and unfocussed. It is hard to see the big picture because you are so absorbed in the details of minutia. Little things seem to have more importance than they should. This can slow the work process a bit, but it could also uncover things that could have otherwise been overlooked. The two energy is kind and thoughtful, always willing to help and doesn't want to be alone.

Angel Whispers:

You can affect almost any situation with the power of your mind and imagination. If you don't like something in your life (like cash flow or the weather), you may think that you don't have any power over it. Think again. Literally, think again. Take a new, different perspective on the subject. "See" it in a new way. Imagine, with clear intent, that money is all around you, flowing in your direction, available for you to use. Pick an amount you would like to have, now. Write it down, call it to you, ask your angels to help you to manifest that amount. Then, follow your inner clues. Financial opportunities open up, someone repays an old debt, you find money in unexpected places, you buy something and it just happens to have been on sale, you get a raise, you decide it is time to sell something, etc., etc., etc. Suddenly, money is everywhere. Try it and see what happens for you. Keep it light. Make it fun. Oh, and while you are at it, please imagine some nice, cool rainfall.

8/25/2011 (Thursday - a 1 day)

Take the direct approach today. Set your sights on an immediate goal and attack it with the take charge energy of the one (1) influence. The one (1) is strong, motivated, direct and often driven to achieve in a big way. Harness that energy and focus to accomplish what needs to get done today and to be a step or two ahead for tomorrow. Be careful not to be too overbearing in your interactions with people today. Remember that not everyone is physically or mentally capable of working at the same pace you do. Give everyone credit for whatever they can do. Showing your appreciation can work wonders.

Angel Whispers:

Life is short! Don't waste it on long "to do" lists, regrets of any kind, or standing in someone elses' shadow. Stand up and be counted. Make a difference in someone's life and it will make a difference to you as well. Be in touch with your surroundings, smell the flowers (or the coffee) and visualize it exactly as you want it to be. Play with these images, add some detail, embrace the ultimate goal. Choose to have an excellent day.

8/24/2011 (Wednesday - a 9 day)

One of the attributes of the number nine (9), is generosity of spirit. The nine is warm and generous and loves to be of service. Thus, you will find everyone a bit more helpful, thoughtful and kind today, including yourself. This should make your day one of good feelings and great connections and conversations. Share your wisdom, but also be willing to listen when someone else wants to share their ideas or solutions. Remember this; to deny the gift is to deny the giver. A simple thank you will suffice.

Angel Whispers:

Give your time, your energy, your money to help a friend, support a cause or just because you feel the need to make a difference. Giving opens up spaces in your heart and soul that can be filled with love, friendship, hope and love. Giving from your heart will never diminish you. As long as you give from true love and generosity, it will always lift you up and expand your strengths. What you give will be returned to you magnified, multiplied, heaped up and flowing over. If you don't feel good about giving, little good will come from the gift.

8/23/2011 (Tuesday - an 8 day)

Eight (8) is a number of power and perfection.  The energy is high, straight-forward and meticulous.  Utilize this energy to your advantage and to achieve an unusually high degree of excellence in whatever work you put your hands and mind to.  Finance is especially well aspected today.  Expect to have good luck where money is concerned.  Any project begun today will have an excellent chance at success and early completion.

Do you have a monetary goal?  Is there something you want for yourself or your family?  Does it seem too much to hope for?  Analyze how you feel about money, in general.  Growing up, what did your family teach you about yourself and money?  Do you feel worthy of having money enough to achieve this goal?  If you don't feel worthy and/or deserving, you may never see the goal achieved.  Finding the truth about how you feel about money, especially as it relates to you, can be a great blessing.  You can now create a new "truth" about you and money.  The Universe will give you exactly what you expect, so expect exactly what you want.

Today's influence is the number seven (7), which is both intuitive and analytical. This will be more of a mental than physical day. Be sure that you have some time to yourself to eliminate distractions to your thought processes. Trust insights you receive today and put them into action tomorrow. Let your intuition guide you and you will be ahead of the game.

Angel Whispers:

Careful consideration of your goals today can give you new insights toward your next steps to accomplishing real progress. Write out your goals again and see if they need to be fine tuned. Create an image of your goals as complete and nurture that image. Hold it in your heart and mind. Cherish that image. Protect it from anyone who would diminish or tarnish it for you. Keep a folder with pictures of the things that represent the accomplishment of your goals. Look at them often and claim them for yourself. Believe, and it will be so.

8/21/2011 (Sunday - a 6 day)

The six (6) is very akin to the astrological sign, Cancer and they share many similarities. Home and family, relationships, peace and harmony mean everything when the 6 is affecting your life or situations. Make today a family day and reap the rewards of this energy. Even puttering around the house, working in the yard, making plans for future projects will bring you great satisfaction. Anything you do to improve your home today will have long term benefits.

Angel Whispers:

While you are puttering around your house, find a big box or bag and begin to fill it with things that no long serve you. Create new space in your closets or garage by passing those things along to someone who can enjoy them. Charitable acts will bless you as well as the people you help. Give with an open heart. In the process, you may find things you had long forgotten that will have new meaning for you and can experience a new incarnation of usefulness.

8/20/2011 (Saturday - a 5 day)

Freedom and change are the key words for the number five (5), which influences today.  Saturday, for most of us, is also a day of freedom from our work-a-day worlds.  (At least, if you have the weekend off.)  When a Saturday and a 5 day coincide, they will enhance each other and should provide lots of encouragement to play.  If you do have to work, try to put a little freedom and fun in the process.  Dress more casually, play a little light-hearted music, kick your shoes off and get your work done as quickly as you can.  There will still be time to play when your work day is finished.  A little pleasure today will make it easier to get down to business with new energy when the new week begins.

Angel Whispers:

If you would like more freedom in your physical body, start and end the day with some deep breathing and stretches.  Be sure to keep hydrated with good quality water and eat foods that are as close to nature as you can get them.  As you are doing your stretches, engage your mind by visualizing your body stretching more each time.  Reach for the heavens and feel the Life Force pouring into your hands and arms, filling every cell with healing energy.  Breathe in goodness and exhale doubt, fear, anger, frustration, lack or loss.  Visualize yourself moving comfortably, freely, through your day, sleeping deeply and peacefully through the night.  You can do this in less than 10 minutes out of your entire day, and the results will be profound.

8/19/2011 (Friday - a 4 day)

The number 4 is about discipline, determination and constructive effort.  Get organized and gear up for a productive day.  This should be a high physical energy day, so push yourself beyond your usual limits to achieve the accomplishments you desire.  Working hard pays off in monetary as well as physical results.  If you get a "gut feeling" today, be sure to follow it. 


Angel Whispers:

You can develop your ESP (extra sensory perception) by playing simple games with yourself.  Practice some eye-hand communication by holding an object in your hand, closing your eyes and letting your imagination tell you something about that object.  Each time you practice this exercise, you are telling your sub-conscious mind that you want to receive information in this way.  In the beginning, your perception may be limited or spotty, but keep practicing and you will begin to "see" more and more clearly.  Don't strain, just allow the images to flow.  Don't judge the vision or the process.  We all have ESP to some degree or another.  Honing this skill can be both fun and rewarding.  The more you use it, the stronger it will become. 

8/18/2011 (Thursday - a 3 day)

The three (3) says to "lighten up and live a little".  Do something creative or just plain fun.  Pick up the phone and call someone who makes you laugh.  Turn the music up and dance.  Enjoy yourself.  It will make any work you must do be lighter and easier to take.  It doesn't take much time to have fun, and the lighter energy will stay with you for days.  The chemicals your body produces when you laugh are both energizing and healing.  Give yourself a good dose of laughter today.

Angel Whispers:

You can only think one thought at a time.  It is physically impossible to do otherwise.  Believe it or not, you can control what that thought will be.  That thought will go out and bring back its kind, magnified and multiplied, so choose joy, happiness, health, love, prosperity, wholeness, fullness, productivity, friendship, Divine Order, Divine Love, Divine Supply, etc., etc., etc.  When you notice that you are thinking thoughts that do not serve your Highest Good, take control....choose a better thought.  Banish that negative, harmful thought and it's friends by making many better choices.  Sometimes, a pleasant aroma, a beautiful sight, a lovely piece of music can turn the tide.  Choose love, ..... or chocolate.  Whatever works to flip your switch on a better thought.  The power of choice is yours.  Use it.

8/17/2011 (Wednesday - a 2 day)

The number two (2) is about duality, partnership, balance and a quest for knowledge or truth.  It is insightful, and intuitive.  These qualities will be yours today.  If there is information you need, you are magnetic to the resources you need.  Things seem to come to you "right out of the blue".  Just say "Thank You" and enjoy being in the right place at the right time to line up with what you need or need to know.  If there are important decisions to be made, study on it today and make the decision when your mind and your "gut" are in alignment. 

Angel Whispers:

Balancing the head and the heart are critical when making decisions which can change the course of your life.  Each has an important role in keeping you on track toward your life goals.  Gather information with your intellect and analyze its usefulness and the validity of it's source.  Then, run all of that information through the filter of your heart.  Your feelings will tell you the truth.  Experience has shown that making the logical decision, is not always the right decision.  Again, finding the balance between the head and the heart will give you a more complete answer. 

8/16/2011 (a 1 day)

One (1) days are generally very high energy, focussed, direct, face-paced days.  You feel a push to get things accomplished as quickly as possible.  Make sure that, in your quest for speed,  you don't miss an important step that will have to be corrected later.  Start something new, buy something new, be someone new today.  Try out a new attitude.  Be a little bolder, braver, more self possessed. 

Angel Whispers:

Set a simple goal, one that can be accomplished by days end.  Give it your full attention.  Take pride in the efforts you are making in this regard.  Give it the polish and pizzazz you like.  Be creative with it.  Even if it can be accomplished in a very short time, embrace the doing of it, the beginning, middle and end of it.  Enjoy the process as much as the outcome.  Pay attention to the increase in energy that comes from the joy of giving your all to a project.  Just think how great your life could be if you could bring this kind of presence to your whole day. 

8/15/2011 (a 9 day)

The gentle, caring nature of the nine (9) will soften the ragged edges of any day.  Your desire is to help, so encourage, to uplift and to protect.  Understanding is the gift you have to offer today.  Apply it well.  If someone asks for your help, give it.  It may take little of your valuable time but it can make a huge difference for the person in need.  Remember this; what you put out, comes back to you magnified and multiplied.  Just be glad you are putting out something good today.

Angel Whispers:

Acknowledgement is something that everyone needs.  Acknowledgement that we exist, that we matter, that we have value...that we are not invisible, after all.  One of the easiest ways to aknowledge someone is to call them by name.  When you are speaking to someone, consciously use their name in your conversation and comment on the most positive thing you notice about them.  It indicates that you are fully present and have an interest in who they are.  This is very easy when that person is wearing a name tag, but how often do we take the time to truly notice the person or the tag.  If there is no name tag, ask their name and use it at once, so you will remember it.  With direct eye contact and the use of a name, you will both feel a stronger connection and rapport.  Whatever business you have with each other will usually run more smoothly.  Isn't that worth a moment of your time and consciousness?  It could be fun to play the "name game" with yourself at the end of the day.  How many of the cashiers, service people or waiters did you get the names of,....and how many of those names do you actually remember? 

8/14/2011 - (an 8 day)

Take advantage of the energies of the 8 today by spending some time planning for your success and ways in which to promote yourself.  Do what you do best, and don't forget to let people know who you are and what it is you do so well.  Great strides toward your major goals can be made through plans you make today.  Remember that true success is achieved by pooling great talent together to get the big job done.  Real leaders do that by delegating authority, not by trying to do it all themselves. 

Angel Whispers:

Know thyself.  You have heard that before.  The time, money and effort it takes to know yourself better is worth everything you do to gain that knowledge.  Understand your strengths, as well as your weaknesses.  Share your strengths with your co-workers, your family and your community.  Be of service whenever and where ever possible.  Volunteer your time, energy and/or money to a cause that means something special to you.  You will grow your strengths, and you will overcome some of your weaknesses.  You will also find that there are people around you who excel where you do not.  Reach out to them.  Align yourself with them.  Together, you can work wonders.  To be successful, you must help others succeed as well.

8/13/2011 (Saturday - a 7 day)

The more internal, analytical energies of the seven (7) could make this a quieter, gentler start to the weekend.  You really need to take some time to be introspective, so don't load your schedule with too much activity.  Read a book, meditate, relax and stare into space, rest your body while your mind gets to do it's thing.  Put off physical activity until tomorrow, when the energy will be higher. 

Angel Whispers:

While you are watching the inside of your eyelids or staring into space, your mind has permission to take you to places you might not consciously go.  You are more in tune with the whispers of your own angels.  Try asking a question and then relax and listen to your internal dialog.  Relax and enjoy the images that float through your mind.  Something may just bubble up from your sub-conscious that will be the answer to that question.  Or, the answer may come later as you move through your day.  When it does appear, just say a simple, "Thank You" to your angels and you will be establishing a stronger link to their wisdom.

8/11/2011 (Thursday - a 5 day)

The energies of the number five (5) will lighten you up today, and make it easier to pursue something new and/or different. You seek freedom, flexibility and change and want to shrug off the routine your life has fallen into. Satisfy this urge for change by indulging in something new to wear, changing up your usual route to work or eating at a new restaurant you have been wanting to try. Indulging in these small changes can open you up to larger changes of much greater significance. Go ahead, give it a try.

Angel Whispers:

Personal growth comes from stretching yourself beyond your comfort zone, reaching for new heights and being willing to risk failure. Great achievements come from being willing to stretch yourself until you create a new comfort zone. Today is a good day to stretch your boundaries, to see what new wonders you can create. Reach high. Dream big. Expect great results.

8/10/2011 (Wednesday - a 4 day)

Take advantage of the natural discipline associated with the four (4) energies of today.  This is a good day to deal with work issues, health, finances or putting aside something for the future.  Balance your bank statement, open a savings account or take a look at your 401K.  Evaluate your physical condition or the condition of your home.  Do you need to make some changes, start a diet or exercise plan or perform some maintenance on your house?  Today is the perfect day to start any of these activities.  You may be feeling a bit frugal today, but expenditures you make now will be important over the long haul.


Angel Whispers:

Character is developed by the choices you make and the experiences that come from those choices.  Do you want your life to be different in some way?  If so, you will have to put your focus on different things now.  Today is an excellent day to define, or re-define, what you want out of life.  You can't change anything by thinking, doing or saying the same old things, day after day.  Get very clear with yourself what you would like to change and then begin believing that you can choose new, more powerful, empowering thoughts.  Tend the seeds of your new creation with care.  Negative thoughts, words or actions are the weeds you must keep out of your head, heart and  mouth.  A gardener must know the difference between the plants desired and the weeds that can destroy the garden.  Only vigilence will keep the weeds (negativity) out of your new creation.

8/9/2011 (Tuesday - a 3 day)

Three is a number of fluidity and motion, and actually e-motion. Much like the tides are affected by the pull of the moon, your emotions are affected by the energies of the number three. But the three is also about creativity and communication, so there are healthy ways to channel your wacky emotions. Talk about them, journal about them, write a poem or a song about them, but whatever you do, don't hold them inside where they will fester. Being in touch with your emotions, like them or not, is a healthy thing.

Angel Whispers:

Touch is magical. Think about how much of life you perceive through your sense of touch. Not only do you learn from the sensory aspect of touch, but you also pick up information intuitively when touching a person or and object. Oh, you may not be aware that you are using your intuition in this way, but it is one of those senses that is as natural as breathing. You can increase this awareness by allowing your mind to rest in your fingertips as you run your hands over something. Anything. Don't judge the impressions you have, just play with the way things feel. Close your eyes and let yourself be aware of how much more you sense without your vision. Textures are amazing. Notice the temperature you are feeling. Which pleases you most, warm or cool, soft or hard, textured or smooth? Touch your own face or arms and enjoy your own touch. Touch often stimulates our deepest emotions. Scientists have discovered that people can actually have "skin hunger", or a deep need to be touched. Touch can be immensely healing. Reach out and touch your world with new awareness.

8/8/2011 (Monday - an 11 day)

The eleven (11) is idealistic and seeks spiritual enlightenment. Today you crave partnership and want to be with people. If there are important decisions to be made, it is best to consult your inner guidance for direction, or simply postpone the decision for another day. You may feel a little "flighty" or disconnected, slightly distracted or scattered. Don't be too hard on yourself, everyone else is being influenced by these same energies. Be kind to yourself, spend time with friends or family and curl up with a good book or your favorite tv show for some much deserved rest.

Angel Whispers:

There is a time to push forward and time to retreat. Learn to read your body and your emotions to know which it is before making commitments or decisions. Take a few moments to breathe deeply and observe your body's reaction to the situation or question at hand. Does this activity enliven you, or deplete your energies? If the reaction is a negative one, have a discussion with your inner self. Ask for clarity and then listen, intently, for an answer. The answer may come as literal words you hear, and/or images you see in your mind or a strong feeling that you cannot deny. Be patient, you are learning a new language or style of communicating. Relax, you will get the hang of it, and when you do your life will be much simpler and easier to navigate.

The one (1) stands alone, independent and self directed. Take advantage of this powerful energy to do something original and progressive. Be a leader and take charge of planning the agenda for today. Practice being the initiator, the way shower, the captain of the team. Make decisions when others can't. Full blown ideas come to you, when least expected, and with some fully focussed attention on your part, you could bring them to fruition rather quickly.

Angel Whispers:

In the beginning was the word, and the word was God and God was the word. This we are told in the Bible. Speaking the word is very powerful. Speaking the word with true emotion is even more powerful. Choose your words carefully for they can be used for good or ill. Speak your goals aloud, with great emotion and knowing many times a day. Get into that feeling that your goal is already accomplished and that you are literally thanking God for your manifestations at this moment. From that state of gratitude, miracles can happen and you become magnetic to your desires. Turn your eyes, ears and heart away from any contradictory evidence that refutes your dream. Hold fast to the knowledge that you are creating your future, powerfully guided by the words you have chosen and the vision you are holding. They say that the most powerful prayer of all is, "Thank you, God!". Say it often . . . and mean it every time.

8/6/2011 (Saturday - a 9 day)

Nine is about completion, so if there are projects you have left unfinished, today is especially good for completing them. Unfinished projects hold the energy required to accomplish them, so if you complete or release them that energy can be used for something else. If you can't finish a project yourself, pass it along to someone who will benefit from it. Letting go is a good thing.

Volunteerism is a lovely way to exercise selfless service, which is a key factor of the number nine. Help a neighbor or friend, donate something to a charity or help save the whales. Put your energy and/or your money where your interest lies. You can be an angel for someone else. Do it because it means something to you and the rewards will be better than you could imagine, but remember that the reward is often in the doing.

Eight is the seeker of perfection and that is what you want most for this day, no matter what activities you choose or are required to do. You wake up with the expectation of greatness. It seems that everyone is bringing their A-game today and striving to be the best they can be, too. Choose to align yourself with the very best this day has to offer you. Be fully present for the blessings that are flowing in your direction. Do not be critical of yourself or others. It will only taint the perfection that you seek.

Angel Whispers:

Be vigilant, ever vigilant. You have the choice and the responsibility of your choice regarding the thoughts you hold onto and the words you speak. Thoughts of love generate more love. Thoughts of fear, lack, anger, or resentment will create more of their kind. The Law Of Attraction, (that which is like unto itself is drawn) is in effect 100% of the time. It affects everything. Period. What you focus on is what you get. Wouldn't it behoove you to be the master of your thoughts? Choose love ... every time. Choose plenty ... every time. Choose joy, appreciation, abundance and success. Worrying about the lack of something cannot ever bring that person, place or thing to you. Focussing on the lack will only bring more lack. Hold that thing that you want in your mind and heart and cherish it as if it were already yours. Experience it, believe in it, love it and it will soon be yours.

Seven (7) is the number of mindful exploration, introspection,intuition and Spiritual pursuits. You feel much mor internal and analytical today. Your curiosity moves you toward the bookshelf....or Google. A simple question can send you on a search for well rounded, educated answers. You want to know more than the surface explanation. Let your intuition guide you to the deeper answer. Expand your mind and it will serve you in ways you didn't imagine. Enjoy the process.

Charisma is that special quality that attracts people to the "light" within. When you spend time communing with your angels or inner guides, with the Divine, your light will begin to shine in a new way. Your countenance becomes more peaceful, confident, joyful. The "vibe" you carry is one of warmth and love. Domesticity is the element of the number six (6). Whether at work or home, the esthetics of your surroundings are important to you. If you are feeling frazzled, a few minutes of cleaning up or clearing up will set you right again. A cluttered workspace or schedule will disrupt your thought processes and make it difficult to make decisions today. Do what you can to be a harmonizing influence. Your efforts will be appreciated.

Listen carefully and be mindful of what is going on around you. You may perceive something that has been hidden from you, whether consciously or not. Your awareness will offer an opportunity to rectify a misunderstanding. More importantly, listen to the inner chatter that is going on in your own head. You may be surprised to realize that your subconscious thoughts are contradicting your desires. As long as this conflict exists you will make little headway toward achieving your dreams. Remember that you are a conscious being and can determine which thoughts you will hold in your mind and heart. Choose to be conscious enough to know the truth of your thoughts. The truth shall set you free.

Today is a day for bringing down barriers. First, define them. Then, look at the obstacle from every direction and KNOW that you can find your way over, under, around or through to the other side. You may have to toot your own horn and let people know what you can do, or who you really are. No more hiding out or being invisible. The number five (5) is about freedom and change, friendship and championing the underdog. Blaze a new trail for yourself today and you will see yourself in a new light tomorrow...and perhaps forever more.

Patience is a virtue. Patience is Divine. Patience is often under-rated. Patience is one of the great lessons in life. It is important to know and show patience, but it is also important to know when to stand up for what you believe. Today is a day for action. So, take that stand, say what needs to be said, do what needs to be done and practice patience again another day.

8/1/2011 (Monday-a 4 day)

Discipline, focus and hard work prevail today. Put hour head down and get busy. Productivity is the name of the game. Start the day off with exercise and it will set the tone for the entire week. Walk instead of drive, climb the stairs, get up from your work as often as possible. Eat right today or your body could protest. This is a very physical day and your body will reward you for every effort you make to treat it well.

Angel Whispers:

Breath is the source of life. Without it, there is no life. Breathe deeply, and as you do, focus on filling your lungs completely, holding the breath a little longer than usual. Pay attention to how your breathing feels. Is it normally shallow? Deep breathing oxygenates your entire system, relaxes your body and brings healing energy to you. Deep breathing will help you to de-stress, is cheaper than anti-anxiety medication and may help you to live a longer, healthier life. Besides, you can do it anywhere and people won't even notice. Try it while you are getting ready for bed for a better night's sleep.

August 2011 (a 3 month)

August is blessed by the playfulness of the number three (3). Traditionally a vacation month, favorable for fun in the sun, this month is also about communication, expression and emotions. It will be a good time to dust off that book or poem you were going to write, start a journal or try out for community theater. Enjoy outdoor pastimes, spend time in or near the water, sing along with the oldies and travel, if you can. If you can't travel, then get out your old vacation pictures and take a trip down memory lane. You can be a little extravagant now, though you will probably work hard next month to make up for it. It will be worth it. Keep your activities light and easy....and remember, laughter is good for what ails you. Apply it liberally. Throughout this month it is important to talk about your feelings. If you can't do it verbally, write it in your journal or a letter. You might even benefit from writing a blog. It can be very therapeutic.
