Trust is the word for the day. Trust that you deserve to be loved, to be appreciated, to be respected. Trust that your own personal angels are with you always and will never steer you wrong. Trust that you can create a sense of peace and harmony in your day. Drink in the beauty of Spring, which is all around you. Just as everything is bursting with growth and bloom, so are you growing and coming into your own.

Life gets so busy that you forget to be aware of all the good things that inhabit your world. You live in your head, filled with stress, worry, anxiety and other negative emotions. These emotions create a wash of chemicals that can ultimately be very debilitating and is definitely hazardous to your good health. You can choose to change this pattern by slowing down, looking for that something in your environment that takes your breath away, even a little bit. Play music that stirs your soul. Consider this process as "feeding your soul". These moments of beauty can far outweigh the stress and concern and will lead to a much more well rounded, happy existence.

03/07/2013 (Thursday - a 7 day)
This is a much more mental/spiritual day than physical. Plan on having some quiet time to process what you have learned. Sometimes the information that comes to you is subtle and needs some time for analysis. You may notice that being in a crowd today is very taxing. You can do it if you must, but be sure to give yourself some alone time to recoup your balance and calm.

Whispers often get your attention even more than shouts. There is something in a whisper that calls for focus. Speak softly and with pure intent. The force of your intent and the truth you are delivering will be felt deeply. Shouting, whether it is truth you shout or not, is seldom heard with the heart. Notice that when you shout, you have already lost control.

Today is good for working on your communication skills. Speak your truth, but with kindness and an awareness of how your words are going to affect the person/s you are speaking to. Keep your words positive, clear and concise. Words have power and are creative, so be sure you use them well.

Good feels good, and bad feels bad.This is the best guide as to how you can tell if something is right for you or not. When you find something that is in alignment with your goals, it will feel very good. It will feel expansive, exciting and pleasing. If you don't have these feelings, you haven't found your right "thing" yet. Keep tweaking your vision. Be patient with yourself. Never settle for something that feels less than perfect. You may be much closer to that perfection than you think.

Words are very important to you today, so make sure you use them courageously, kindly and with love. Say what needs to be said, you know you have been putting it off. Now is the time. Go for it with gusto. Communication is key in every relationship and yet we so often hold our tongues to save grace or to avoid dealing with certain issues. Perhaps you need to be the encourager, the cheerleader or even a voice of reason. Make sure you are positive and truthful. Your words, today, will mean something important to the ones you love.

Your interests are what keep your life expanding. Follow what excites you, learn new things, explore new territory. Even if you find that your interests change over time, you take something important from the things you try. You learn more and more about yourself as you experiment with new skills or hobbies. Each new thing you explore shows you new facets of yourself and expands your vision of who you are and what you like and dislike. Through trial and error you are creating the life that truly defines you. Keep what you love and let the rest gently fall away. There is no loss in growth.

One (1) is a loner, independent and full of ideas. Spend time communing with the Divine One and ask for a little clarity on one of those ideas, including some Divine support in bringing it to fruition. You could be amazed at what flows into your mind to help you. Inspiration is sometimes more productive than perspiration. Today is a good day for starting something new, so start it with a strong foundation.

It is important to frequently check your belief systems to see if they are, indeed, true in the present moment. Expect to have good luck where money is concerned. Any project begun today will have an excellent chance at success and early completion.

Do you have a monetary goal? Is there something you want for yourself or your family? Does it seem too much to hope for? Analyze how you feel about money, in general. Growing up, what did your family teach you about yourself and money? Do you feel worthy of having money enough to achieve this goal? Domesticity is the element of the number six (6). Whether at work or home, the esthetics of your surroundings are important to you. If you are feeling frazzled, a few minutes of cleaning up or clearing up will set you right again. A cluttered workspace or schedule will disrupt your thought processes and make it difficult to make decisions today. Do what you can to be a harmonizing influence. Your efforts will be appreciated.

The flexibility of the number five (5) is yours today. Stretch yourself....both mentally and physically. Reach for something you have never attained before. Explore new places. D0 something that feels a little frivolous or flirty. Spend time with your best friends. Today would be a good day to plan a vacation. Even a day-cation can get you out of the doldrums brought on by the heat of the summer.

Each breath you take is a new beginning. No matter what your past looks like, no matter what mistakes you think you have made, no matter how unworthy you may feel....with your next breath you may choose to change it all. With each new breath, you may choose to create your life anew. As long as you are still breathing, there is hope for every dream you ever had, every goal you have set. To change what you don't like about your life, you must begin to see it with new eyes. See what you want your life to be and turn your head away from any seeming evidence that it is anything other than what you choose. Keep your focus on the parts of your life that you do like, and especially the ones you love. Speak your new truth to yourself in the mirror both morning and evening. Give thanks for all the good things you already have and know that in doing so, you are creating more of the same. Life is good. Cherish it.
