07/12/2013 (Friday - a 7 day)

Plan on a quieter, more internal end to your work week.  It is time to put in some mental gymnastics to finish projects still undone.  Clear your mind, focus your attention on the job at hand, envision it already complete and how that would feel.  With this image in your mind, set out to do whatever required tasks you have, then do the very first thing that comes to mind.  You will be amazed at the amount of instinct that kicks in to get the job done in half the time.

Angel Whispers:

Your intuition is one of the greatest gifs of your life.  It is your direct connection with Divine Mind.  Though it doesn't come with even a hint of instructions, there are many good resources for continuing your intuitive exploration.  Meditation helps.  With practice you can learn to slow your breathing, relax your body and listen for what your intuition has to tell you.  Keeping a notebook for journaling your insights is also a very good habit.

07/03/2013 (Wednesday - a 7 day)

Let your intuition guide you today.  It may require a little quiet time to listen to that "wee small voice" but with practice you could find the rewards to be great.  Trust is key to learning to follow your intuition.  Ask a question, knowing that the answer will come, then let it go.  Very quickly you will get a thought that relates completely to your question.  Trust that thought.  With practice, the answers will become clearer and clearer.

Angel Whispers:

When you are stressed, one of the quickest and easiest ways to relax is to do some deep breathing, close your eyes and explore your inner landscape.  Choose a place you love to go on vacation and send your mind there.  Whether it is the beach, the mountains, the desert or a special spot in your own back yard, you can go there in your mind any time you want to.  Leave your outer concerns behind for just a few moments and feel that perfect air around you, hear the sounds you would hear there, smell its own particular scents.  Remind yourself that you are always very relaxed when you come here.  Keep looking around in your mind and see what your subconscious has to show you.  In a matter of minutes, this little mental vacation can give you a different perspective and release the stress of the day.

06/22/2013 (Saturday - a 7 day)

The vibe for today is more spiritual than you would expect.  Intuition is strong, insights abound, you feel very connected to the Divine (if you allow it).  This would be a good day to ask those big Life questions.  The answers could amaze you.  Ask believing, and ye shall receive.  This is an ancient promise, but it is still true today.

Angel Whispers:

Divine Guidance is a gift offered to every single soul.  When you ask for it, the most incredible things begin to happen.  You set into motion an energy that can literally accomplish miracles.   God, The Universe, Divine Intelligence...whatever name you choose to use, is very efficient in bringing you answers and helping you to achieve a goal.  Often, you have several questions, and if you are really paying attention you will find that a solution will present itself with the capability of answering all of them at once.  Unfortunately, you seldom ask for Divine Guidance and when you do, you don't always listen for the answers.  Do it today.

06/13/2013 (Thursday - a 7 day)

This will be a quieter, more introspective day.  Your intuition will run strong and it will be a good day for mental tasks.  Gathering and analyzing information are also well aspected.  You may find that too much noise or too many people around will be difficult and way too distracting.  Find a quiet place to think, read or study and you will feel much better.

Angel Whispers:

Did you ever get called on the carpet by parents or teachers for being a "day dreamer"?  If so, hopefully you didn't give up the pleasure because day dreaming is a wonderful way to access your inner voice.  When you let your mind take you to places you've always dreamed of going, you are telling your subconscious mind what you want to create...in glorious, living color and infinite detail.  This is the best way to work on your manifestations.  The more detail, the better.  The subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between what you dream and what is real.  So, dream on...and show it what you want to be real.

05/10/2013 (Friday - a 3 day)

Relax, play a little, allow your creative side to come forward.  Don't take yourself (or anyone else) too seriously.  Your communication skills seem to be better than usual today.  Remember that listening is a very big part of communicating.  Listening requires you to totally present with the other party in your conversation.  Often, what you hear with your ears is not the whole story.  If you are relaxed and truly present, you will pick up signals that tell you more than words can ever tell.

Angel Whispers:

Intuition is one of those uniquely human gifts often overlooked or even dismissed.  You were born with intuition.  Some people recognize it, appreciate it and do their best to hone the skill.  Others may ignore it, distrust it or literally sublimate it.  Learning to utilize your intuitive skills can make your life run along much more smoothly.  Being in touch with your intuition can give you clues to prospective events or opportunities in advance.  It can give you a deeper understanding of the people and opportunities around you.  Even better, it can often keep you out of trouble.    

04/24/2013 (Wednesday - a 7 day)

Remember what your Mom always told you ... "you can do anything you put your mind to."  Well, today would be a good day to put that to the test.  Seven (7) carries such good mental energy that you may be amazed at what your mind can come up with today.  Make sure that you don't have too many interruptions so you can make the most of this powerful tool.

When you learn the powerful art form of meditation, you can teach yourself to sleep better, lower your blood pressure, notice when your breathing gets shallow, remind yourself to drink ample pure water and open your mind to the wisdom of the Universe.  Meditation can help you improve your mental faculties, reduce stress and relieve pain.  Meditation harnesses the power of the mind.  Harness yours soon.

04/15/2013 (Monday - a 7 day)

This is not a "work it out" day but it is a "think it through" day.  Get to a quiet place and put your mind to work.  Use whichever mental skills you are most comfortable with....contemplation, analyzation, meditation, study, or exploring your intuition.  These skills will bring greater results than any physical actions you may take.  Simply put, work smart not hard.

Angel Whispers:

Your subconscious mind loves to be utilized.  It loves to solve problems, work puzzles, find answers.  Practice giving it something to do.  Ask for information on an obscure subject and watch how quickly a book or expert on that particular subject just happens to come into your path.  Think of someone you haven't seen in a long time and right away someone will mention them or they might even call or show up on your doorstep.  This happens to everybody.  When you actively, consciously practice engaging this powerful source, you will realize that it gets stronger and more reliable with regular use and can be an incredible tool for your good.

04/01/2013 (Monday - an 11/2 day)

Your intuition is very strong today, whether you would normally be aware of it, or not.  Try to pay attention to the things going on inside your head.  Hear the angel whispers, expect to get an inner nudge or to "know" what you need to know.  Intuition can be a very powerful force, a natural force, in your life.  Read up on it and see if you can't open yourself up to it.  God speaks to those who listen.

Angel Whispers:

You can be a force for peace on this earth.  The pathway toward that global peace is to find it in yourself, first, and then live so gloriously in that peace that others will want to emulate you.  The first step is to choose peace within yourself and once you feel it, you guard it with your life.  Be the voice of reason, be the calm influence in a crowd.  Look for that spark of peace in others and fan it into an inferno of peacefulness.  Refuse to allow discord into your life.  Choose peace now.

03/29/2013 (Friday - an 11/2 day)

This is one of those days when you are just looking for a little peace and quiet.  You find it difficult to be around people in conflict.  Remember, you have the choice to stay and help resolve the issue or simply remove yourself from the fray.  Either way you choose is okay.  You also find it difficult to be in a space in disarray and may find yourself picking up, straightening up and re-arranging, even if the space doesn't happen to be your own.  It may feel like a compulsion.  Just go with it.

Angel Whispers:

Never forget to ASK for what you want or need.  People, in general, cannot read your mind.  You, on the other hand, cannot assume that they know what your needs are. Perhaps you are in deep emotional pain, which you have kept hidden from those around you.  How is anyone supposed to help you if you hide the truth from everyone.  Not only is it essential for you to ask the people in your life, but to ask for help from Divine Guidance, your angels or God.  The promise is, "ask and you shall receive".

03/07/2013 (Thursday - a 7 day)

This is a much more mental/spiritual day than physical.  Plan on having some quiet time to process what you have learned.  Sometimes the information that comes to you is subtle and needs some time for analysis.  You may notice that being in a crowd today is very taxing.  You can do it if you must, but be sure to give yourself some alone time to recoup your balance and calm.

Angel Whispers:

Whispers often get your attention even more than shouts.  There is something in a whisper that calls for focus.  Speak softly and with pure intent.  The force of your intent and the truth you are delivering will be felt deeply.  Shouting, whether it is truth you shout or not, is seldom heard with the heart.  Notice that when you shout, you have already lost control.

02/17/2013 (Sunday - a 7 day)

Do your best to make this a quiet, thoughtful day.  Avoid crowds, if possible, so that you might preserve that feeling of tranquility and peace.  This is a good day to read or study, meditate or do things that soothe you.  The rest you get by following this path will serve you well throughout the coming week.

Angel Whispers:

You were born with a natural sense of knowing what is right for you and your soul purpose.  However, well meaning adults, wanting to keep you safe from harm, have taught you to fear and thus, you have learned to suppress this natural guidance system.  It would be good for you to try to get back in touch with that part of you that "knows" and can guide you on your life journey.  You can learn to hear and to trust that inner voice that is a part of that natural guidance system.  With practice you can re-access that knowing.

01/27/2013 (Sunday - a 7 day)

The essence of this day is spirituality, devotion and Divine love.  Tune into the fact that you are never alone.  You are surrounded by angels who are waiting for you to call on them to help or support you in any manner.  You are surrounded by people who love you and want only the very best for you.  God is in every atom in the Universe and Divine Intelligence is constantly available to you.  There is absolutely nothing that you cannot accomplish if it is in alignment with your soul's purpose.  Spend a few moments in quiet contemplation of this truth.  It will enrich your life and give you strength and courage.

You live in an era of endless information.  If you want to become an expert on almost any subject, it is possible to do so.  Education and knowledge are power.  Learn to teach yourself about the things that interest you.  As you expand your mind you open your life to many new opportunities.  You are never too old to learn and, in fact, learning will keep you (and your mind) younger, longer.  Whether you decide to take college courses on the internet or simply expand your vocabulary by leaning a new word every day, you are exercising your brain and keeping yourself mentally fit.  A good mind is a terrible thing to waste.  Learn something new this week.

12/17/2012 (Monday - a 7 day)

Begin this week with some quiet time to set your intentions for the activities to come.  Make a plan and be sure to include some time to show your appreciation to those around you who make your life the work of art that it is.  Be grateful for both the blessings and the challenges you experience, for each have brought you to where you are today.  You are exactly where you were intended to be, so be glad and prepare for the next step.

Angel Whispers:

You are the essence of love, the out-picturing of the grace of God that flows through every cell in your body, every moment of every day.  When you remember that this is who you truly are and rest in that knowledge, this is when your life runs smoothly and miracles happen.  There is nothing that God, the Father, would not do for His beloved child.  All you must do is be open to receive each blessing as it comes.

11/18/2012 (Sunday - a 7 day)

This is a very mental, spiritual day.  Take advantage of this seven (7) energy to access the deeper parts of your self, explore your intellect, practice using your intuition or study something important to you.  You will make great headway in all these activities.  Even though there may be many things going on around you, your mental processes will be very active.  If you are lucky enough to have a quiet day, read a book, meditate or spend a little time with a great day dream.

Angel Whispers:

Even the smallest choices have significant influence on your life.  Thus, it is extremely important that you make your choices consciously and not by default.  Ask yourself if the choices you are making are enriching your life, moving it toward your goals or are they diluting the strength of your goal and undermining your resolve.  Does this choice lift you up or let you down?  Be aware and choose carefully.

11/04/2012 (Sunday - an 11 day)

Eleven (11) is the number of your spiritual self, your connection to the Divine, your intuitive self.  So, today is a day for opening yourself up to all spiritual possibilities.  Allow yourself to be fed by your rich inner world, that part of your being at the center of every cell, that is pure God energy.  Feed your soul by spending time in contemplation, meditation, prayer or deep appreciation of God's gifts in your life.  Ask for guidance and then really listen to that wee, small voice within for the answer.

Angel Whispers:

 Your angels are always with you.  Their job is to watch over you, guide you, protect you and nurture you in all ways.  However, when you don't believe in their existence, refuse to listen to their inner advice even when they show you signs in multiple ways, you make it hard for them to do their jobs.  Once you learn to communicate with them, take the time to ask for their guidance and protection, you will find a tremendous resource at your beck and call.  Whether you ask them to find you a perfect parking spot or a new job, an ideal mate or new friends, a source of additional money or answers to physical concerns, they will never let you down.  Their job is to serve you.  Your job is to ask and then to listen.

10/10/2012 (Wednesday - a 7 day)

The most beautiful sights you will ever see are often found within your own inner landscape.  When things on the outside get too much for you, seek a calm, quiet place within.  Meditation is an excellent key to this inner world, but if you have ever had a delightful daydream, you can find your way there.  The key is to turn your vision away from the conflicts and chaos around you and concentrate on your breath until your nerves calm and your breathing slows.  Once you feel the relaxation, explore the beauty that is within.  Peace is in there for you to find.

Angel Whispers:

You cannot change anyone else's behaviors, beliefs, actions or attitudes.  You can only change your reaction to those things.  Believe it or not, your reaction is a choice.  You can choose to take the high road.  You can choose to be the proponent for forgiveness.  You can choose to take a positive stance.  You can choose not to press against, knowing that what you resist shall persist.  You can choose to be the voice of calm.  Smooth the waters with the oil of love.  Be "that" person.

09/06/2012 (Thursday - an 11/2 day)

If you will be still and quiet and breathe deeply, you will discover your inner mind.   This is a good place to start your day.  You will notice that your intuition is very strong, your mind is clear and wants to be active and you can practically feel your connection to Spirit.  You take on the role of peacemaker and wind up paying a lot of attention to clutter and its eradication.  Ultimately, it should be a soft and gentle, thoughtful day.

Angel Whispers:

You are born with a very efficient guidance system, somewhat like your GPS.  You tell it where you want to go and it will lead you there.  This is a no-fail system.  Unfortunately, those people who are trying to take care of you in your infancy and early youth feel that they have to be your guidance and give you commands which subvert your own inner system.  You soon forget to listen to your inner voice and rely on the wisdom (?) of others.  The sooner you re-learn how to listen to your own guidance, the sooner you get to make decisions that are more in alignment with your Highest Good.

09/02/2012 (Sunday - a 7 day)

Although this is a very social holiday, today is governed by the number seven (7) which is very internal, intellectual, introspective and intuitive.  Do your best not to over analyze everything you see or do today.  This is a good weekend to grab that novel you have been wanting to read and take it poolside or under the shade of a tree.  Summer reading is a time honored activity, so make the most of it and enjoy yourself.  Relaxation is a good thing.

Angel Whispers:

"This, too, shall pass."  Whether your life is up, down or all around...good, bad or indifferent...it is all in the process of change.  Nothing stays the same.  The good news is that you are the creator of all that change.  If you don't like how things are or how they have been, you can choose to consciously change the future into something you want.  The Law of Attraction is in effect 100% of the time, bringing you exactly what you focus your attention to.  Make sure that you are putting your focus on what you want instead of what you don't want.  Keep your words, visions and actions positive.  Project a picture of your ideal life on the screen of your imagination.  Expect the best.

This is a day for quiet introspection, meditation and study, a day for using your mind.  You find that you want to avoid noisy places and people so that you can enjoy your rich mental landscape.  Pay attention to what you see there, as your intuition will lead you to new ways to deal with old problems and guide you toward new possibilities.

Angel Whispers: 

Aspire to live a life of no regrets.  Make your choices positive ones, based on the best information you have at the time.  Once your choice is made, look only forward.  If new informations leads you to make a new choice, learn what you can from your previous choice and know that it was the exactly what you needed to do to bring you to this present moment.  In retrospect, you often find that the most valuable lessons in life come from what seemed to have been a wrong turn.  Judge not.  As long as  you breathe, there is always an opportunity to make a better choice, next time.

The eleven (11) brings with it inspiration and increased intuition.  Listen to that inner voice today for the best possible guidance.  We are promised that if we ask, and we shall receive . . . so ASK already.  You may also notice that you naturally attract things, people, information and opportunities  under this influence.  Make the most of it.  Be sure and write down any inspiration you receive.

You are in complete charge of creating the happiest possible life to live.  No matter what is happening around you, you always have the power of choice on your side.  In the midst of chaos, you can choose calm.  Instead of fear, you can choose faith.  In every situation, you can choose how you are going to react to it.  Always choose the most positive outlook you can find.  Then, infuse the situation with love, Light, understanding, compassion, forgiveness and any other positive attribute you have in your spiritual tool chest.  To choose, positively, is a very powerful thing.
