06/27/2013 (Thursday - a 3 day)

Words, words, words.  This is the mantra of the number 3.  Remember that words have power and are highly creative, so keep your ears open and really HEAR what you are creating with your words.  Speak deliberately, sincerely, kindly and truthfully.  Use this power to uplift, never to tear down.  To bless rather than to curse.  Have you fallen into some habitual ways of speaking that could be detrimental to your experiences.  i.e. "I can't afford to ____.  I don't want to hear ____.  I don't have enough time to ____.  I can't ____.  They won't ____."  etc., etc., etc.)  Listen and learn.

Angel Whispers:

Emotions are an incredible gauge for where you are relative to your goals or belief systems.  The goal is to be in such a good space that you are automatically producing that dazzling array of chemicals that make you feel on top of the world, joyous, energized, invincible.  These same chemicals will keep your body's engine running at top speed, as well.  If you are speaking words for/of something you really, really want but you actually believe that you can't have it, don't deserve it, can't afford it, etc., then you aren't going to be feeling so great.  Because it is so vital that you feel good, you will either need to change the words or the beliefs until they are in alignment with each other.  Small changes in how you phrase your goals can make them more compatible with your belief systems.

06/18/2013 (Tuesday - a 3 day)

Your sense of humor will carry you far today.  Keep it light and easy.  This not a day to take yourself too seriously.  If you find yourself a little "angst-y" just turn the music on and shift the mood.  Words are important and will not only impact you but those around you, so choose them wisely.  You can be an influence for good or bad, so choose good.

Angel Whispers:

If you take a good look at your life, you can get a good picture of what you actually believe about yourself and Life.  If you don't like what you see, you can change that outer picture by changing your inner beliefs.  If you are alone, you don't believe that you are lovable enough for people to hang out with you.  If you are are unhealthy, you have put your faith into germs and disease.  You have to overlook and override the truths you have been believing in.  If you are broke, underemployed, overworked, generally unhappy with your work, you have bought into some scenario that the general public has been selling you on tv and in the news.  You must close your eyes to these "truths" and begin seeing the truths you want to have in your life.  Nothing will ever change unless you change your focus and claim the life you choose.

05/28/2013 (Tuesday - a 3 day)

Your words are very important today, so make sure that the words you speak represent you in a way you will not regret.  Words have tremendous power, both for good and ill.  They are creative in every sense of the word.  Your words can bring joy or inflict pain, lift someone's spirits or flatten their self esteem.  You get to choose your words and how you wish for them to be used.  If there is someone who's feelings you have hurt, words of apology will be well received today.

Angel Whispers:

To improve your life's situations it is very important that you find a way to love and accept the place and circumstances where you currently are.  Mine your memories and experiences  to create the love and value which you place on your life's experiences.  Whether you are happily creating, handling work situations, ioor meditating it is essential to your whole group that you keep your eye on the prize.
Be specific, speak positive, very descriptive words and feelings about your manifestation.  Embrace the idea of having exactly what you want and envision exactly that.

05/21/2013 (Tuesday - a 5 day)

You started the week with a plan and now is the time to flesh that plan out.  Be flexible and creative but make sure that you move the action forward toward the goal.  The five (5) is very good at selling and influencing others, so utilize this influence to motivate others to climb on board and  help you reach the goal at hand.

Angel Whispers:

Take a look at life from a different perspective to better see what may need to be changed in order to get the outcome you would prefer.  Look from the the goal backwards, or try to see your situation through someone else's eyes.  When you see the goal first, analyze how it would look and feel to be there, then hold that vision as you decide which steps to take along the way, you will get the best possible results for your efforts.

05/19/2013 (Sunday - a 3 day)

Three (3) is the number of expression, communication, creativity and emotion.  So, this is a day for expressing your gratitude and appreciation for all that you have, all that you love and every good thing in your life.  Keep you focus on words of kindness and praise.  The attitude of gratitude will serve you well.  It is from this space that the most wonderful manifestations come.

Angel Whispers:

When you apply the "oil of love" to any difficult situation you will see positive change come quickly back to you.  Pre-paving any endeavor with a treatment of Love will help you to manifest a successful outcome.  Envision your project surrounded in a beautiful orb of brilliant white light (which represents the Divine Light of Love) and turn over the control to your Higher Power.  In this way, you are engaging all the assistance of the angels, archangels and Divine Intelligence to help you succeed.  As you do this, you will realize that you are not alone, now or ever.

04/02/2013 (Tuesday - a 3 day)

Do something fun, or even frivolous, today.  Relax and enjoy whatever the day brings you.  Don't be surprised if you feel a bit emotional and find that many things touch your heart and soul.  The smallest things fill your heart with joy.  A beautiful sunset, a baby's laughter, a Hallmark commercial, someone's story of triumph over difficulties, the sheer joy of being with your friends or family.  Cherish these moments.  They will add great value to the story of your life.

Angel Whispers:

It is said that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  Learn to look for the beauty in all things, large and small.  When you need to de-stress, relax by looking for something in  your immediate surroundings that is truly beautiful and then sit in appreciation of that beauty for a few minutes.  Dust motes in a ray of sunlight, a rainbow cast on the wall by a prism, the intricate designs in a leaf or flower...the smallest thing can bring you intense pleasure if you focus on it long enough to clear your mind of needless chatter, worry and such.

03/12/2013 (Tuesday - a 3 day)

Three is truly the number of creativity.  It relates to art, music, writing, dance, theater and even gardening.  Whimsy, fun and great conversations await you.  It is time to express yourself and/or your emotions in whatever creative venue appeals to you.  Have fun with it and notice how much extra energy you have after doing your creative "thing".

Angel Whispers:

"You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar."  You have heard this expression all your life and it is very true for "catching" your dreams, as well.  Sweet words, kind words, loving words, words of praise and joy will attract whatever dream you may be dreaming.  Negative words or words of lack, fear, criticism or hostility will merely push that dream away.  Choose your words and your attitudes carefully.  Be a "honey" and catch your favorite dream.

12/22/2012 (Saturday - a 3 day)

Let the rejoicing begin!  Your world may have changed in ways you won't even know for a while, but the end of the Mayan calendar seems to be falling into the same category as Y2K.  Lots of hoopla and no end of the world in sight.  The three (3) loves to play, so consider having a grand "Beginning of the New World" party.  Celebrate, and then begin watching for the changes that came in the night, subtle though they may be.

Angel Whispers:

The masters of the Universe are pouring great love upon you as this period of enlightening begins.  You will come to know yourself better and thus to understand your fellow man better than ever before. You will be able to see the inner pain that causes bad behaviors so that you can more easily forgive and reach out to help.  You will find it easier to forgive yourself, as well.  As you learn to love yourself more, it becomes second nature to love people around you.3

The energy of the three (3) is about words, communication, emotions and manifestation.  How you use your words will predict what you will manifest.  Words have extra power today, so be very conscious in their tone and intent.  Speak words from the heart and make sure that they are positive and kind.  Words of disrespect, criticism or complaint will taint even the best intentions.  Word of praise, appreciation and  love will create with greater power and manifest more quickly.

How do you know if you are on track to create the life of your dreams?  Simply.  If what you are doing feels good, you are.  If it doesn't, you most certainly are not.  Good feels good and bad feels bad.  Your emotions are the perfect barometer for your success.  So, grab every chance you get to feel good, to embrace joy.  Always choose joy over sadness.  And, yes...it is a choice.

This should be a lighten up, feel good day.  On a three (3) day even work can feel like fun, especially if you work at something you love to do.  Communications are important, so utilize this energy to speak your truth, say what needs to be said and to pass along some genuine compliments where deserved.  Reading can be especially fulfilling today, as well.  If you are a writer, words should flow like water and in a form that brings you joy.

Angel Whispers:

When you want to create something new, start from a place of deep appreciation for what you already have.  As you revel in the uplifting feeling of that appreciation, project that joy onto whatever you choose to create/manifest.  Wrap the new thing in the same feelings of delight you have for the very best things in your life.  End your segment of attention on this manifestation with a simple,  "Thank you, God."

09/25/2012 (Tuesday - a 3 day)

This is a great day to get your creative juices flowing.  Draw, paint, sing, write a poem, dance, play a musical instrument, plant some flowers, cook something from a gourmet cookbook.  Anything that you do, of a creative nature, will satisfy your soul even more than usual.  In the midst of this creative flow, you may be amazed at your subconscious answers questions you have been looking for the answers to for some time.

Angel Whispers:

Journaling is a marvelous tool for opening up your psyche, turning on your creativity, exploring your subconscious mind.  Keep a small notebook handy, along with a pen you love to write with and promise yourself that you will jot down ideas, dreams, goals, or a simple appreciation list.  Write in your journal/notebook while you are having your morning coffee, while you are waiting in line, whenever an idea pops into your head (you know you will forget it if you don't), or before you go to sleep at night.  Cultivate journaling as a good habit.  When you need a good idea, just flip through your journal and you may find that you have already written it down.

08/17/2012 (Friday - a 3 day)

Put on your "happy hat" and do something creative with your day.  Start the day with a solid intention to make this a very joyous day, for yourself and those who get to have the pleasure of interacting with you.  Look for the bright side in every situation.  When you set a clear intention, you are pre-paving your day with the exact kind of energy you want your day to have.  This is a good daily habit, too.

Angel Whispers:

When you feel stressed or challenged, take a short break and remove yourself from the situation for just a few minutes.  Find something to appreciate in your environment, do a little deep breathing and tell yourself that the solution to your problem is coming to you now, with God Speed and Divine Order.  Consciously release as much tension as you can from your body, drink some good water and know that when you return to your activity, the solution will come to you.  Try giving thanks, in advance, for the quick resolution you seek.

08/08/2012 (Wednesday - a 3 day)

Use the power of the three (3) to express yourself today.  Words flow freely, ideas are generated, emotions ring true.  While words are important, expression through movement, music and art are also very significant.  This should be a whimsical, playful day, as well.  Enjoy yourself and your friends, family and co-workers.  Expressing yourself freely and honestly can be very freeing and restorative.


Angel Whispers

Seek joy in everything you do.  When you are experiencing joy, or recounting a joyful story/memory, you are very closely in vibrational alignment with God.  From this very high vibrational state you can create anything you want.  When you are expressing anger, fear, resentment, dissatisfaction, or disappointment, you are removed from that vibrational state of grace and therefore are blocked from your desired creation, holding it back until you can get yourself realigned with your good.  Remember this when you hear yourself regaling your friends with your tales of woe.  Stop yourself in your tracks and change the tone of your conversation to something that is more positive and joyful.  Notice how much looser and more relaxed your body becomes from simply changing your conversation.

07/27/2012 (Friday - a 3 day)

Besides being a number of communication, emotion and expression, the three (3) is also the number of manifestation.  Something you have wanted to receive is here at last.  Recognize that you made it happen, you attracted it to you.  If you did it once, you can do it many times.  You had the vision,  you held that vision and you kept it positive and allowed it to come to you.  Congratulations.

Joy is the order of the day, so keep it light and spend time with people who make you laugh and be happy.  Choose joy as the major vibration you will be attuned to throughout the day.  Play delightful, happy music with a beat that makes your feet move.  Sing along with the radio in your car.  Wear your favorite color and buy yourself some flowers.  Make it a good day.

06/19/2012 (Tuesday - a 3 day)

Spirits are high, but emotions may be a bit erratic, so be kind in your communications.  This is a good day to practice giving genuine compliments.  So often we notice that someone looks nice or has done an especially good job, but we don't get around to commenting on it.  Make sure it comes from your heart or it won't ring true to the receiver.  You could "make" someone's day, and it will make you feel better, too.

Being creative is a singularly human trait.  We all came into the world with creativity built in.  Unfortunately, as we reach the age of 8-10, we become self-critical and no longer draw, paint, sculpt or create for the sheer fun of it.  We begin to compare our work to others and find ourselves lacking.  Soon, we give it up all together.  However, being creative is a gift of great value.  Give yourself permission to do something creative today and promise yourself that you will just enjoy doing and will not criticize yourself or your work.

06/10/2012 (Sunday - a 3 day)

Today is a study in emotional responses to the various things that are playing out in your life.  Sounds seem to play an important role in triggering these responses, whether it be sentimental or inspirational music, the sounds of children at play, bird song, a breeze rustling through the trees...they all tug at your heart strings.  Don't be concerned, for this is a good thing.  Being in touch with your feelings is not only good, but healthy.  So, stay in touch and feel what you feel.

Creativity is that spark of God living at the center of your being.  Using your creativity is one of the closest things to pure freedom you can experience in the human body.  When you are allowing yourself to  fully engage in creativity, in whatever form it takes on for you, there is no room in your mind for doubts, fear, recrimination, anger or any other negative emotions.

06/01/2012 (Friday - a 3 day)

Rhythm and music enhance your energy today.  Fine tune your mood, increase your stamina and boost your creativity by choosing the right genre of music for each activity during  your day.  Pay attention to how your body feels when you are listening to different types of music.  You can learn a lot about what your body wants by being aware of how certain tones and rhythms move you.

Angel Whispers:

Love yourself and the world will love you, too.  Love who you are and how you are with people.  Love all of yourself, warts and all.  Love yourself enough to forgive yourself for anything that feels lacking.  When you have pain, forgive yourself and pour love into the painful area.  Soon you will feel a lessening of the pain, a soothing of the nerves and muscles.  Massage your hands, feet and legs with a good oil which you have blessed by asking it to be filled with Divine Love.  Essential oils are excellent for this.

Three (3) is the number of creativity or, literally, the number of creation.  They key phrase for the number three is "Words, words, words.".  As you know, the Law of Attraction says that what you focus on is what you get.  (That which is like unto itself, is drawn.)  Look at those cliches that so often and so readily come into your  speech.  "I don't have time.  I don't have the money to...  I don't know how.  I can't."  These phrases undermine all your good intentions, weaken your resolve, limit your income, deny your abilities.  Learn to catch yourself when these words come out of your mouth.  Replace them with more powerful, more positive phrases, more in alignment with what you actually want to create in your life.

Words have a life of their own for you today.  Be watchful of what you say.  Make sure your words have no sharp edges that could cause pain to another.  Speak thoughtfully and be aware of the power words have in shaping your life.  Words can heal, or hurt.  They can inform, or delude.  They can be a gift, or a curse.  Make your words today be gifts and blessings.

Eight is always seeking perfection and success in all things.  Perfection is impossible to achieve and yet, in our striving for it we achieve much more than mere success.  We grow, we learn, we explore new possibilities and create new worlds to experience.  Seeking perfection challenges us in body, mind and spirit.  However, it is important to remember to do your best and be willing to accept the imperfections, for they are human.  You will learn from them and then do better next time.

Angel Whispers:

You are constantly growing your world by exploring the contrast in your experience.  Each thought generates new possibilities.  As you see something that you like, want, admire or love, it stirs up energy that will then draw that thing to you.  If you really want to have this thing in your experience, you will have to hold those good feeling thoughts about having it, to the exclusion of those negative thoughts that say you can't afford or don't deserve it.  Refuse to listen to those negative messages and keep your focus on what you do want.  The Law of Attraction say that if you do, you will soon have it.

04/30/2012 (Monday - a 3 day)

You are starting your work week with the creative energy of the three (3) to call on, as well as its emphasis on communication.  The blessing here is that if something important or difficult needs to be said, you will be able to think it through creatively to find the  optimal way to convey your message so that it will be received as you would like.  Perhaps it calls for a little humor or coming at the subject from a new direction.  Let your creative genius out of the box and see what fun it is to play with it.

Angel Whispers:

Speaking of creative communications, you can teach yourself to be a more positive thinker and speaker.  First, you will tell your subconscious mind that you want to be very aware when you are being negative in your thoughts or words.  Then, when you hear your thoughts going in a negative direction, you will rephrase your thoughts, immediately, into something much more positive.  For example, when you think, "I can't afford that.", you could say something like, "I'm not choosing to spend my money in that way right now."  Or,  "I have other financial priorities, at the moment."  Can you feel the difference in the power of your words?  Try turning other negatively charged statements into something more positive and powerful.  Remember, your words are your wand.
