Three is a number of fluidity and motion, and actually e-motion. Much like the tides are affected by the pull of the moon, your emotions are affected by the energies of the number three. But the three is also about creativity and communication, so there are healthy ways to channel your wacky emotions. Talk about them, journal about them, write a poem or a song about them, but whatever you do, don't hold them inside where they will fester. Being in touch with your emotions, like them or not, is a healthy thing.

Touch is magical. Think about how much of life you perceive through your sense of touch. Not only do you learn from the sensory aspect of touch, but you also pick up information intuitively when touching a person or and object. Oh, you may not be aware that you are using your intuition in this way, but it is one of those senses that is as natural as breathing. You can increase this awareness by allowing your mind to rest in your fingertips as you run your hands over something. Anything. Don't judge the impressions you have, just play with the way things feel. Close your eyes and let yourself be aware of how much more you sense without your vision. Textures are amazing. Notice the temperature you are feeling. Which pleases you most, warm or cool, soft or hard, textured or smooth? Touch your own face or arms and enjoy your own touch. Touch often stimulates our deepest emotions. Scientists have discovered that people can actually have "skin hunger", or a deep need to be touched. Touch can be immensely healing. Reach out and touch your world with new awareness.
