The three (3) says to "lighten up and live a little". Do something creative or just plain fun. Pick up the phone and call someone who makes you laugh. Turn the music up and dance. Enjoy yourself. It will make any work you must do be lighter and easier to take. It doesn't take much time to have fun, and the lighter energy will stay with you for days. The chemicals your body produces when you laugh are both energizing and healing. Give yourself a good dose of laughter today.

You can only think one thought at a time. It is physically impossible to do otherwise. Believe it or not, you can control what that thought will be. That thought will go out and bring back its kind, magnified and multiplied, so choose joy, happiness, health, love, prosperity, wholeness, fullness, productivity, friendship, Divine Order, Divine Love, Divine Supply, etc., etc., etc. When you notice that you are thinking thoughts that do not serve your Highest Good, take control....choose a better thought. Banish that negative, harmful thought and it's friends by making many better choices. Sometimes, a pleasant aroma, a beautiful sight, a lovely piece of music can turn the tide. Choose love, ..... or chocolate. Whatever works to flip your switch on a better thought. The power of choice is yours. Use it.
