Discipline, focus and hard work prevail today. Put hour head down and get busy. Productivity is the name of the game. Start the day off with exercise and it will set the tone for the entire week. Walk instead of drive, climb the stairs, get up from your work as often as possible. Eat right today or your body could protest. This is a very physical day and your body will reward you for every effort you make to treat it well.

Breath is the source of life. Without it, there is no life. Breathe deeply, and as you do, focus on filling your lungs completely, holding the breath a little longer than usual. Pay attention to how your breathing feels. Is it normally shallow? Deep breathing oxygenates your entire system, relaxes your body and brings healing energy to you. Deep breathing will help you to de-stress, is cheaper than anti-anxiety medication and may help you to live a longer, healthier life. Besides, you can do it anywhere and people won't even notice. Try it while you are getting ready for bed for a better night's sleep.
