Start your week with some strong intentions, clearly defined goals, for your future activities. The clearer the goal, the more likely you will be to fulfill it. A written goal has much more strength than a mental to-do list. Write it out, post it where you will see it often, visualize it accomplished and you are well on your way to achievement.
