Efficiency is supreme today. Be organized and keep motivated as you move through your day. This is one of those days that you want to keep your eye on the prize. Great gains can be made now if you are very aware of what is going on around you. Pay attention to signs and signals and you may find clues that will lead you to those gains.

09/30/2012 (Sunday - an 8 day)
Eight (8) is the number of success. This is a good day to analyze just what your own personal definition of success is. Have you attained it yet? Is your standard approachable or have you put it beyond your reach. Is it even still relevant to your current dreams and desires. This might be a good time to answer these hard questions. There is absolutely nothing wrong with changing directions if you find your heart leading you toward new interests. Course corrections are a natural part of exploration.
Make sure that your goals are what you want and not too heavily weighted by what others are expecting of you.

Bring your "A-Game" to any endeavor you undertake today. You have the benefit of Universal energy offering you whatever you need to succeed. The Universe wants you to succeed and to be happy and healthy. Ask your angels to guide you toward the most effective route to reach your goals or dreams. Be open and receptive to signs that will point you in the right direction. Remember, the Universe is not limited in the way it answers your questions. You may have many diverse things that you want. Don't be surprised if the Universe presents you with an opportunity that will give it all to you in the same source. It happens all the time. Some call it magical or miraculous. God may simply find it efficient.

Discipline, hard work and a really good plan get your week off to a very good start. You are able to overcome some persistent obstacles now, though it may require putting in a few extra hours to do so. The trend is toward greater efficiency and a better use of your time. Once your plan is implemented and you see some progress, you will be very comfortable with maintaining it.
Angel Whispers:
The physical act of writing down your goals and reading them aloud at least once a day engages energies that will resonate much more clearly to your subconscious. Another physical act, added to the writing and reading can make it even more powerful. It could be anything that you will easily remember to do each time you write or read your goal. Tap your fingers on the table, or place your hand over your heart, or reach up and then pull your hand down with a resounding "yes!". After your had done this several times, you can simply perform the physical act and your subconscious will automatically recall the goal. This can easily be done many times a day and will help manifest your goal very quickly.

Bring your expertise to the table today, as what you know can make the difference between success and failure. Your focus is clear and you know what needs to be done. Trust your knowledge and take a leadership role and move forward with confidence. Be sure to acknowledge those who are able contributors to the effort at hand. Remember, people tend to work harder for a compliment or acknowledgment than for money.

Beginning something new is always exciting and sometimes a little fearful. When you have been at something for a while, you lose your intensity and excitement, you no longer have that newness pulling you forward. Repetition often breeds contempt. It takes real focus and dedication to maintain that initial excitement about your job, your relationship, your exercise program, etc. Do what you can to keep seeing your situation with new eyes, with excitement and renewed curiosity about everything involved and you will be amazed at how much more you can accomplish.

Take advantage of the energies of the 8 today by spending some time planning for your success and ways in which to promote yourself. Do what you do best, and don't forget to let people know who you are and what it is you do so well. Great strides toward your major goals can be made through plans you make today. Remember that true success is achieved by pooling great talent together to get the big job done. Real leaders do that by delegating authority, not by trying to do it all themselves.
