As we enter the Fall season, this is a good weekend to finish garden projects, or unfinished projects of any sort. You have a compulsion for completion and it can carry you through to the end. Everything you check off your to-do list leaves time, space and energy for something new to do. Consider doing some volunteer work for a cause you believe in. You will be amazed at the rewards that come from giving of your time and energy for a good cause.

Make this a happy weekend. Do something you love, spend time with people you love, eat something incredible, see a good movie or read a good book. Totally immerse yourself in whatever you decide to do. Give it your full attention and take pleasure in doing it to the fullest extent. Notice how full your life feels when you approach it in this way. If you brought this same amount of attention to every activity, how would that change your life? Could you? Would you? Will you?
